1- The first tip is: Always choose the fruits of Sebastião da Manga®, so you will be sure of the quality and flavor;
2- Smell it near the sleeve splint. If is ripe, the fruit will have a strong sweet smell;
3- Hold the sleeve in your hand and press it slightly, when ripe always becomes soft.
