Mango mousse – Sebastião da Manga

Ingredients

3 sleeves Palmer Sebastião da Manga®

1 box of condensed milk

1 box of sour cream

Staging mode

Peel two sleeves with care cut them into small pieces and place them in the blender.

Add the condensed milk and sour cream and beat until the mango is distaining.

Pour into a bowl and take to the freezer for 15 minutes.
