100 ml Tommy Atkins mango pulp
Whole milk
3 tablespoons milk powder
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons sour cream
4 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon milk or mango essence
3 1/2 cups (840 ml) wheat flour type
1 and 2 1/2 teaspoons dry organic yeast
