The protection of the employee, from his/her physical and mental integrity, is the basic principle of Work Safety. Sebastião da Manga is concerned with ensuring healthy and safe environments in all jobs, carrying out frequent environmental assessments, always seeking to adopt the necessary preventive measures in order to promote improvements in the work environment, taking into account all applicable legislation and safety standards established for work in rural environment, especially the precepts contained in NR-31. The adoption of the necessary measures, combined with safe practices is what ensures the care and commitment that Sebastião da Manga has with each of its employees in the production process.
